No sweat.... We work to the highest standards, be it hygienical or technical. Patient comfort and patient reassurance is paramount. All interventions are very individually planned and a highly competent and friendly staff will take care of you.

Many procedures, interventions and operations are performed on an outpatient basis. Larger operations are inpatient in some of the most comfortable rooms a clinic can offer....

Outpatient treatment

Whenever possible... Whenever possible and desired we perform the minor procedures on an outpatient basis. If you come from abroad you will probably want to stay the first night as inpatient in our clinic. Rarely more than one night is required with constant medical attention. If you do not live in Cologne it may be advisable to stay in one of the hotels nearby until you travel home.

After an intervention you are able to reach us by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Inpatient treatment

Comfortable ... After the intervention we work hard to make your stay a pleasant experience. Comfort is important, but safety is even more so. Therefore an experienced plastic surgeon will be with you during all your stay!

Treatment costs

Costs are calculated in advance. Before a surgical or non-surgical procedure is performed, we calculate all the costs (except anaesthesia costs), to be charged in advance. Should there be a necessity for a second intervention or a complication you will NOT be charged at all.

Payment of the major interventions is in advance. We take EC cards but no Creditcards. For consultation we charge a fee of 46 €. The fee will be refunded, if a treatment is wished.
